I think I've mentioned a time or six that its my #2 holiday...behind Easter and before Christmas.
I know I can only love because I was first loved (1Jn 4:19).
The older I get, the more I grasp the height and the depth of how much I am loved...
the more I find such deep fulfillment in loving those I have been entrusted with.
And that is the magic that is Valentine's Day.
No pressure, no big gifts, just a fun day to love on those you love.
We decided to celebrate a day early and it couldn't have come at a better time after a few weeks of crazy schedules.
Just a simple trail of hearts,
homemade valentines,
and my personal love language: lots of un-rushed time together...
