It's that time of year again.
All you allergy sufferers know what I mean!
I took my first dose of allergy meds this week. I don't remember ever having to take them so early in the season? Yikes...that does not bode well!
Besides the claritin, I also take prescription nose and eye drops.
I'd love to know if there are any other remedies I can try.
Any ideas of things that have worked for you?

I am the queen of Alergies I have tried EVERYTHING, thankfully my pregnancy rid me of all of them, but my drug of choice was Zyrtec D because it gets rid of all the itchy watery and the D helps you not be so drosy. Hope that helps, also claritin made me hungry all the time so I ended up gaining weight while I was on it.
I have heard that eating local honey throughout the year and particularly during allergy season helps. Good luck finding honey produced in Durham, though! :)
They actually sell local honey at the durham farmers market (behind the YMCA on Saturdays.)It is really yummy!
