Our first snow of the year surprised us this weekend.
We enjoyed the surprise.
Especially watching Eli experience the first snow of his life.
He wasn't quite sure at first.
But he quickly warmed up.
Getting to experience firsts with him have been some of the highlights of my life.
I may not have memories of his first steps or first words but I have memories of his first time seeing the ocean and his first time eating an ice cream cone and his first time swimming in a pool and now, his first time playing in the snow.

And this is just the beginning of your "firsts" with him!:)
I don't know. Eli's smiling...but his eyes look like he's thinking "This is NOT my thing man!" (I get the same look when it snows.) :D
